I have an electric sit-stand desk and alternate positions throughout the day. Before taking the Gokhale Method Foundation's Course, I noticed my shins became sore with the set-up and started wearing Crocs to provide a softer platform. The shin pain increases while standing, but is sometimes present with my Focal chair (see pictures below). I try to keep my weight centered on my heels and rib anchor engaged. I have tried using a fatigue mat for standing but found that more painful.
Any suggestions? Thank you for your suggestions and help!
